All items are in stock in our Vista, CA warehouse. All orders will ship directly from our warehouse within 1 business day, unless its noted as a "PRE-SALE" order.  (We do sometimes pre-sale an item when they are on the way to us, but this would be clearly listed in the description.   ** Please note, on large items a phone # is required. If this is shipping to a commercial location, we will need the business name also, and any specific delivery hours. After you place your order, a member of our sales team will email / call to go over any details. ** Please ensure a good phone # is included. ** Most all carriers charge additional fees to some locations, such as Florida Keys, NYC / Manhattan / Long Island, along with islands just off Washington State. Some additional charges can apply if shipping to one of these areas.  For example, New York City and Long Island, NY  now has a $50 mandatory fee on LTL freight.  There are ways around this, for example picking it up from a terminal nearby.  But 99.9% of all areas will not have any extra charge.   
No, we stock and ship the items directly from our San Diego area warehouse. We do NOT use any drop-shippers. This reduces the chance of any delays, and reduces errors. We do not use any middle-men in the buying or selling process. This helps ensure the delivered price is the most competitive online.
YES, we highly recommend it. It would save on the shipping cost, and the customer can see the item in person before buying. We ship everything 100% insured, at NO additional cost to the buyer. If anything arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge to the customer. If its only minor damage, please let us know. We can discount an order also if the buyer is willing to keep it with minor damage. We will work with the customer to ensure satisfaction on each order.  We professionally crate in a thick wooden crate each freight order, to ensure they arrive safe.   
Yes, we do allow bulk / wholesale orders with discounts, and we can also drop-ship directly for other stores. Please contact us to setup this program, as we do have some requirements first.
We accept credit / debit cards directly, or also through Paypal. Many customers prefer Paypal, as its very widely used online now, and it provides buyers with great buyer protection. We can also take a cashier's check or money order, but its not recommended since we can't ship until it arrives and clears.  *** We now offer a 3% discount if cash, check, Venmo, or Zelle.  Venmo / Zelle are instant payment services, no fees for the buyer or seller.  *Checks can take 1 week to clear we do not recommend this method
All items we ship will come new in box with a full warranty, unless specifically outlined in the listing. (Rarely we will sell something as-is at a discount) The warranty length will depend on the item. Our warranty covers any parts needed within the warranty period, but no labor.  (In some cases, if local, we will help by installing a part for a customer). In some cases we will charge for shipping on warranty parts, mainly if its a very large item, or if its being sent back for repair, etc. We do also accept returns for refund within 14 days. A 20% restocking fee does apply, and shipping is non refundable both ways. We do guarantee each item to be as described or we'll replace the item at no cost. All items ship 100% new in box, unless described as "open box" or used, which would be clearly listed in the description.
